City codes in many towns including Derby & Wichita require that all backflow devices be certified yearly and rebuilt every 5 years.
All cross connections made to city water are required to have a backflow device, which prevents outside contaminants from entering the drinking supply. Tendercare will not & can not turn on any sprinkler systems hooked to city water in any locations that require certifications without certifying the system. Proper certification will be given to the proper agency, business or homeowner & kept on file with Tendercare.
